SBS Basic Photography Workshop

It was truly an honor to have Sir Mel Cortez as the guest speaker for the SBS Basic Photography Workshop. He owns the Wedding Photography firm Decisive Moments, the founding chairman of the Philippine Center for Photojournalism and a member of the Press Photographers of the Philippines, and founder of the Facebook market page: Photomarket Philippines.

Sir Mel discussed the basic usage of the DSLR and the basics of shooting which the attendees truly enjoyed. Lunch was also served by the SBS to its attendees which was then followed by two more sessions. The second session's speaker was Raldall Villoria, alumnus of STI College Caloocan, who discussed mainly on Concert Photography. The third session's speaker was Kevin Dela Cruz, also an alumnus of STI College Caloocan, who discussed about Photojournalism.

The final part of the workshop was an actual shoot with students as models.
